Gloria Mack

Gloria Mack is a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, minister, and community advocate whose life reflects a deep commitment to faith, service, and helping others. At 79, she has been married to her husband, James, for 62 years. Together, they raised two sons and one daughter and are blessed with four grandsons, one granddaughter, and a great-granddaughter. Despite the loss of their oldest son in 2023, Gloria continues to draw strength and purpose from her unwavering faith in God.

A licensed and ordained minister and elder, Gloria serves at Life Center International Church under Apostle Terrell Murphy. She was licensed into ministry in 1995 by Bishop Eddie L. Long of New Birth in Lithonia, Georgia. Over the years, she has led workshops at women’s conferences and retreats and taught numerous classes, encouraging others through biblical teachings and practical life lessons.

In addition to her ministry work, Gloria enjoyed a prosperous career as an administrative assistant and later owned and operated Errands Unlimited in Atlanta. Her passion for serving people extended into her personal life, as she opened her home and heart to many young people, including Kevin, Donnie, Ray, Romaine, Mercedes, Kenny, Lorita, Tiffany, Lisa, and Kim, offering support, guidance, and a sense of family.

Gloria also founded and operated Granny’s House Community Activities Center in Mount Holly, North Carolina, creating a safe and positive environment for middle- and high-school youth until its closure during the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, she remains active as a community activist, continuing to inspire and uplift others through faith, compassion, and service.
